My rosacea and my kid's eczema don't tolerate a lot of even mineral sunscreens. We've had the most success with Hero Cosmetics, Cotz, and Blue Lizard brands.
So many mineral sunscreen are terrible with inelegant formulas, I've tried them all. My favorites are Hero Force Shield ($19, Target) or Good Molecules ($12, Ulta). Both of these leave no white cast on me, don't break me out, feel like a gel lotion, are unscented, work well with my skincare, are silicone free, and actually protect my skin. The Hero one has a green tint and niacinamide.

I have extremely acne prone skin and it's the first one I've found to not break me out
Does that hero spf leave any white cast , i need to get new SPF protection
How do you like the force shield? I’ve been thinking about trying it
If you are fair skinned, then Hero cosmetics! The one with the green cap that is a green tint. Never leaves me white and it’s super thin so goes on well
I really like this one, too.
Other than the Tretinoin, I'm open to switching up pretty much everything, but I do have to say, I really like the Snail Mucin and the Hero Sunscreen (I prefer mineral sunscreens to chemical).
I recently made the switch to mineral sunscreens because chemical SPFs break me out. The Hero Cosmetics green SPF has been my favorite!
I love this stuff! This is the only face sunscreen I’ve tried so far that works well *without* making me shiny.
a good us drugstore option is the hero cosmetics force shield spf 30
Yes! This shit's the bomb!
They have released a tinted version! I grabbed that on the day of the release. Love it so much - very economical and blends easily on darker skin tones. Holy grail!
I discovered the Hero Cosmetics Force Shield Superfuel Serum Stick during COVID-19, as daily mask wearing was causing me to break out. It's great for long travel days too or if I am going to wear make up (have to let it dry pretty well before applying anything on top).

ETA: I forgot my sunscreen! Hero ForceShield, and I reapply every couple of hours.
I love hero force shield green tint. It calms the red of my skin down.
Does it say spf 30? My eyes are bad. If so, do they have a higher spf version?
La Roche Posay regular mineral and tinted mineral in the shaka bottles along with Hero superbeam tinted are the ones that don’t feel thick or chalky, don’t leave white cast on my slightly tan/olive skin and don’t flare my rosacea. LRP leaves a more light powdery finish, Hero is bit more dewy/glowy.
Hero Cosmetics - Force Shield Superlight Sunscreen SPF 30
I hated this one! Pilled under makeup and reapplying it over makeup later in the day was a disaster. I love Hero Cosmetics but this is a rare miss for me!
I have a few coming from the Ulta sale: -Hero Cosmetics Force Shield
Hero Force Shield SPF 30
Hero Force Shield Sunscreen SPF 30
Hero Force Shield SPF 30.
I was using that spf and it was giving me irritation, I just started using the hero force shield and so far I’m loving it!!
I really like the Hero cosmetics sunscreen. Their green tint one is the only sunscreen that worked for me, personally. No white cast, doesn't leave my skin oily, and worked great under my makeup. I probably tried 10 or so sunscreens for my face before getting this one

My rosacea and my kid's eczema don't tolerate a lot of even mineral sunscreens. We've had the most success with Hero Cosmetics, Cotz, and Blue Lizard brands. We're both pale, so I'm not an expert on white cast, but I'd say the Hero leaves the least amount of cast out of those 3 brands. Unfortunately, I don't think Hero is water resistant.
