I go SUPER heavy duty on moisturizing because I use two of the most irritating but effective skin care actives: tret and hydroquinone.

WOULD: Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion - this or the premium version I always come back to. They beat a lot of other expensive lotions I’ve tried. Absorb well and are a nice consistency.

Apply Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion Moist ...I just started this about 2-3 weeks and am already noticing improvements in my skin tone. It seems to be more even and bright. I've noticed slight improvements in my acne, but I'm not overly concerned with it right now.

I use hada labo premium (gold bottle, think it's got 7 forms of HA), it's like 9-12 quid for 170ml, I've seen people decant it into droppers to use as a serum cause she's thicccc

Hada Labo. They have always used multiple molecular weights and it’s a solid, OG HA. They are just not hyped in recent years because there are so many new brands.

Hado Labo. It's the GOAT of HA. They do lotion/thicker gel & a serum style. I use the serum for microneedling and the thicker lotion/gel milky one when I need extra moisture locking in. They also do a deep wrinkle treatment for eyes and lips and it's brilliant. I've stopped using all the expensive/high end stuff and buy hado labo refill pouches to refill the bottles with, works out much cheaper and far less wastage! The pestle and mortar one is great! But now I have the hado labo one and am obsessed. It's so light and moisturising.
